For young people to thrive, it takes a village and a lot of courage. Too often, financial barriers and complex family situations stand in the way of easy access to counselling. With your help, we cover the cost of therapy sessions for youth in need—so when they’re ready, support is ready too.

who we are
At Community is Medicine, we aim to fill the gaps so every young person in our communities feels supported. We partner with school districts, other organizations, and counsellors to strengthen mental health care for youth on Vancouver Island. Community is Medicine is a charity registered in Canada.
